Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 48 hours before appointment are accepted at no fee. If you cancel 24 hours before appointment there will be a FEE CHARGE of $25.00 added to your NEW APPOINTMENT scheduled. ***INVOICES*** MUST be paid for within 24 hours of booking your appointment. After 24 hours your appointment will be CANCELLED. *** IF YOU HAVE ANY INFESTATION OF ANY KIND, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR YOUR SERVICE. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY BE CANCELLED AND ALL WORK WILL BE STOPPED**** Please Note: Your appointment can take up to 2-3 hours. If all work is completed, staff can leave. This gives us time to get to the next scheduled appointment.
